What is the Calm Way, other than a book I wrote?
It’s a playful practice, a lens-shift. Meeting life by letting the Way support you. For me, I’ve found it to be wildly freeing, vigorous, and gentle.
What will you find?
Invite yourself to live radically and boldly free from your inner shadows and oppression. Be supported as you meet more of your true self.
We can be soft and sturdy, invisible and felt, direct and caring, free of the old paradigm.
It can be lonely and confusing to change your narrative. It’s one of the reasons I’ve set up this community—to explore together—and go deeper with foundational life-uplifting skills.
For the past many years, it’s been a solo journey for many of us. Many were dealing with old luggage from past community experiences. Lots of folks never really had community.
It’s time to begin making a new, fresh way. If you’d like to put on your self-discovery hat and adventure with us, we’d love to have you.
